These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gymr mobile application, website, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
Subject to these Terms, Gymr grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, resell, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services; upload unlawful or harmful content; impersonate another person; or use the Services in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
Gymr provides workout tracking and informational tools only. The Services are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional guidance. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning or changing an exercise program. You assume the risks associated with exercise and are responsible for using appropriate judgment, technique, equipment, and supervision.
Paid features may require a recurring subscription processed through an app marketplace or payment provider. Pricing, billing period, trial terms, and renewal details are shown before purchase. Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically where permitted. Manage cancellation through the platform used to purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or the applicable marketplace policy.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Gymr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and use that content as necessary to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
The Services, including software, branding, visual design, text, features, and other materials, are owned by Gymr or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license expressly stated in these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Gymr does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation or specific fitness outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gymr and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Services.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services and supersede prior understandings. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and providing notice when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Applicable governing law and venue will be determined by the laws and consumer protections that apply to you and Gymr.
